Students with Disabilities

The Testing Department provides these students with special accommodations for their academic and placement testing.

Students must bring a referral form from the Access Department, located in building 2000, room 2121, before scheduling their appointment. It is the students’ responsibility to contact the Access Department to request a reader or a writer for their individual needs when taking an academic exam and also contact the instructor regarding delivery of the test to the Testing Department.

The student’s professor must complete a form with specific instructions, which includes: time allowed to test, whether the use of a calculator, notes, books, or any other aids are permitted and the authorized person to pick up the test.
