ā€œI became a vegan and began an exercise plan in January 2015. My amazing trainer Marla designed a weight training plan for me. I used the machines daily and participated in some of the special programs that are offered. The group classes are delightful and the instructors are marvelous.

 

Since then I have lost 85 pounds and through it all MDC and the Fitness and Wellness Center have played an integral part in my transformation.ā€
