Before You Apply

Apply for admission using our online credit application.

  • Select your desired degree program.

Submit documentation of high school graduation or GED.

  • If you graduated from a Florida public high school after 1995, MDC will electronically request your transcripts. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the College receives your documentation.
  • If you attended a private, out-of-state, or out-of-country high school, please have your transcript sent directly to:

Visit your local campus testing office to take the CPT/PERT.

  • You may be exempt from the CPT/PERT if you:
    • have already earned an associate degree
    • have earned adequate scores on the FCAT, SAT, or ACT
  • Check with an advisor for details.

Meet with an advisor.

  • An advisor's guidance can help you complete your program as quickly as possible. In addition, your accelerated program's advisor can help you understand your program and will register you for courses.

Apply for financial aid and scholarships.
