  • If you have applied to or taken credit classes at MDC within the past three years, you may apply using the readmission application.

Submit documentation of high school graduation or GED.

  • If you graduated from a Florida public high school after 1995, MDC will electronically request your transcripts. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the College receives your documentation.
  • If you attended a private, out of state or out of country high school, please have your transcript sent directly to:
