Miami Dade College President Dr. Eduardo J. Padrón has been appointed to the board of directors of the Business-Higher Education Forum (BHEF) based in Washington, D.C. He is the only Florida president on the board, which works to advance innovative solutions to our nation’s education challenges in order to enhance U.S. competitiveness. Additionally, the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., appointed him to the board of directors of the bank’s Miami branch.
