‘Great’ Five Times Over
For the fifth year in a row, Miami Dade College has been chosen as one of The Chronicle of Higher Education’s “Great Colleges to Work For” – and the only public institution of higher education in Florida to be included in the list.
In addition to this praise of MDC’s commitment to employees, the College also made The Chronicle’s 2013 Honor Roll and was recognized for excellence in nine categories: Collaborative Governance, Professional/Career Development Programs, Teaching Environment, Compensation and Benefits, Job Satisfaction, Confidence in Senior Leadership, Supervisor/Department Chair Relationship, Respect and Appreciation, and Diversity.
