Tuition Among Lowest in Nation

Graphic
At less than half the national average, MDC’s in-state tuition ranks among the lowest in the nation among public four-year colleges.

Miami Dade College is widely known for providing an affordable education, and data from the U.S. Department of Education confirms that fact. At less than half the national average of $7,407, MDC’s in-state tuition ranks among the lowest in the nation among public four-year colleges.

At such a low cost, and with the aid of Pell Grants and scholarships, many MDC students are able to complete their first two years of college at no or minimal cost. In addition, only about eight percent of MDC students carry student loans, and among that small percentage, average loan debt is less than $6,000. Students graduate from MDC with a valuable investment in their education and a great start in life.
