MDC Grads Excel at Home and Abroad

This summer, MDC alumnus Jeffrey Romeu is interning at the U.S. Embassy in The Hague, Netherlands.

Two Miami Dade College alums continued MDC’s proud tradition of graduates making their mark across the globe by excelling in their work during prestigious government internships. Jeffrey Romeu spent last summer at the U.S. State Department in the nation’s capital participating in the exclusive Foreign Service Internship Program in preparation for him to intern this summer at the U.S. Embassy in The Hague, Netherlands, in their public affairs division. Last year, Guadalupe Cruz interned at the U.S. Embassy in Vilnius, Lithuania, and had the opportunity to meet Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaité.
