In the spring, MDC will offer four online bachelor's degrees in in-demand fields.

Virtual Reality Grows

Providing award-winning online credit courses and degree programs to students since 1999, MDC’s Virtual College offers more than 160 different online courses each academic term enabling students to complete nearly a dozen different Credit Certificates, Associate in Science Degrees and an Associate in Arts degree completely online. Beginning in the spring of 2016, students will also be able to earn a baccalaureate degree in one of four new online programs – Information Systems Technology, Supply Chain Management, Supervision and Management and Public Safety Management. MDC’s Virtual College online courses can be accessed on desktop and laptop computers – even tablets and smartphones, 24 hours a day, seven days a week – making the learning experience convenient and flexible.

In the past academic year of 2014-2015, more than 25,000 MDC students enrolled in online courses.
