A Welcome Meal

To feed those in need, MDC regularly hosts free food distribution by partnering with Farm Share. At campuses collegewide, scores of volunteers, including MDC students and employees, help sort and distribute free packages, which include fresh fruits and vegetables, and other nutritious foods.

By teaming with Farm Share, MDC helps the nonprofit organization distribute food free of charge to individuals and families facing hardships. Farm Share also provides food to soup kitchens, homeless shelters, churches and other organizations feeding the needy in Florida.
