Advising Her Peers on Pears

MDC’s Miami Culinary Institute helped develop Jolaade “Jolli” Aboaba’s passion for cooking into an exciting career. Now working in New Jersey, Aboaba shared her tips with viewers across the nation in a recent broadcast of The Chew on ABC in which she showed how to transform poached pears into her signature “super luxe” salad dressing, fancy “mocktail” and enticing dessert.
