Before You Apply

You'll need documentation of high school graduation or GED.
You must be college-ready (pass CPT/PERT exams or college preparation classes for English, reading and mathematics).

1	Apply for admission using our online credit application. Select Associate in Arts (AA) as your degree or certificate choice. From the drop down menu, select Business Administration (10503).

Submit documentation of high school graduation or GED.

If you graduated from a Florida public high school after 1995, MDC will electronically request your transcripts. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the College receives your documentation.
If you attended a private, out-of-state, or out-of-country high school, please have your transcript sent directly to:

3	Speak with an advisor at the School of Business – MDC Homestead Campus. An advisor at the School of Business (Homestead: 305-237-5159; Wolfson: 305-237-3151) will help you plan your courses so that you may finish the program as quickly as possible.

Apply for financial aid and scholarships.

You may be eligible for financial assistance but you won't know unless you complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Even if you don't qualify for federal assistance, you may still qualify for other types of financial aid. Your campus financial aid coordinator can help you identify these opportunities.
