The Financial Aid Office will communicate with all students primarily using electronic correspondence. Electronic correspondence will include but is not limited to:
- Missing Documents
- Appeal Decisions
- Award Notifications
- General Financial Aid Updates
Tips to ensure you receive notifications:
- Notify the college of changes to your email address and mailing address
- Activate your MDC email address
- Access your email regularly
NOTE: When appropriate the following methods of communication will also be used:
- Postal Services
- Face to Face
- Telephone
