I. Strategic Enrollment Management

Establish College-wide framework for strategic enrollment management (Lead: Campus Presidents/Vice Provost, Student Affairs)

Desired Outcomes: To improve processes for strategic enrollment of key student populations and support increased retention and completion rates for the College, specifically as per Goal 1, Objective 1.1 and 1.2.
