MDC InterAmerican Campus to Host Third Annual ‘Caring For Kids’ Child Safety Fair Nov. 21

Miami, November 12, 2009 - Miami Dade College (MDC) and Connect Familias/Little Havana Community Partnership is hosting its third annual “Caring for Kids Child Safety Fair” on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009 at the InterAmerican Campus.
This free community event is a street fair venue where residents will receive valuable tips for keeping children safe through structured learning activities, games, and workshops. Caring for Kids is also focused on connecting residents of the Little Havana community to the various health and education resources available to them.
Information resources and safety services during this event is designed for children ages 0 to 18, their families, and residents who reside in the Little Havana area within the city of Miami.
