Miami Dade College to Unveil the Miami International Film Festival’s 2010 Official Program

The press conference will take place on Thursday, Jan. 28, at the college’s Freedom Tower with an appearance expected from special guest and college alumnus, actor Andy Garcia

Miami, January 14, 2010 - The 27th Annual Miami International Film Festival (MIFF), produced and hosted by Miami Dade College (MDC), will unveil this year’s official program with remarks from the president of Miami Dade College, Dr. Eduardo J. Padrón, at the college’s National Historic Landmark Freedom Tower on Thursday, Jan. 28, at 11 a.m. 

MDC officials and the MIFF team will also unveil the official poster, competition categories, partners, and exciting new initiatives for this year’s Festival, which will take place in Miami from March 5-14, 2010.
