Miami Dade College Students Win Phi Beta Lambda State Awards

Miami, March 29, 2011 - Miami Dade College’s (MDC) Phi Beta Lambda chapters, representing InterAmerican, Kendall, North, and Wolfson Campuses, won big again at the recent national organization’s 60th Annual State Leadership Conference held in Tampa. MDC competed with students representing 28 colleges and universities in the state, and earned various awards, from first to fifth place, across several categories. MDC’s PBL teams have been perennial winners in local and national competitions.

The national competition will take place in Orlando June 21 – 26.
