MDC Alumna and The Miami Herald Columnist Ana Veciana-Suarez to Teach Writing Course at Miami Dade College

The Writing Academy at Miami Dade College’s (MDC) Kendall Campus will offer a new course taught by MDC alumna andThe Miami Herald columnist Ana Veciana-Suarez.
“Sharing Your Story: How to Put Your Life Lessons into Words” is ideal for anyone who wants to share their story with their family, or leave a record for the next generation. The course will be given on Saturdays, 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, starting May 5 and running through May 19 for $75.
Ana Veciana-Suarez is an award-winning author and journalist whose syndicated column in The Miami Herald tackles family and faith, parenting and culture. She was inducted into MDC’s Alumni Hall of Fame in 2009.
The Kendall Campus is located at 11011 SW 104 St.
