MDC’s Miami Culinary Institute Offers New Season of Dynamic Culinarium Enthusiast Classes

Miami, August 22, 2012 - The Miami Culinary Institute (MCI) at Miami Dade College (MDC) is rolling out another season of cooking, baking and beverages classes as part of its popular Culinarium Enthusiast Learning Series. Learn basic knife and cooking skills and all about beer, and more, from top food industry and nutrition professionals.

Highlights include several classes on cake baking and decorating, holiday baking, various cuisines from around the world and wine tasting courses. Also, classes will be offered for junior chefs, as well as a gingerbread-making class for families.    

In addition, the Culinarium offers professional development courses for industry professionals, including food handlers’ certification, a bartending course and ice carving 101, among others.
