Miami Dade College to Host Financial Planning Days Oct. 4 - 5

Miami, September 25, 2012 - In today’s uncertain economy, planning for one’s financial future is important. To help achieve this, Miami Dade College (MDC) will host “Miami Financial Planning Days” on Thursday and Friday, Oct. 4 – 5, at the Wolfson Campus in downtown Miami. This event is free and open to all. Free parking is available for attendees.   

During this two-day event, experts from the Financial Planning Association and Certified Financial Planner professionals will be onsite to provide free, one-on-one consultations on a wide variety of topics. These professionals are working on a volunteer basis and will not distribute business cards, marketing materials or sell products/services. Resources and financial advice will be available on budgeting, credit and debt, investing, retirement, homeownership, employee benefits, insurance, and much more.  

Miami Financial Planning Days is presented by the City of Miami and Financial Planning Association Chapters of Miami Dade, Greater Fort Lauderdale and the Gold Coast.
