Public Notice - Notice of Rulemaking (Adoption) - District Board of Trustees - Miami Dade College

Miami, August 16, 2013 - The Miami Dade College District Board of Trustees will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at the College’s Wolfson Campus, which is located at  300 N.E. 2nd Avenue, Miami.  The meeting will be held in Room 2106   (James K. Batten Community Room) and will begin at 8:30 a.m.  During the meeting, a Public Hearing will be held pertaining to the adoption of the Rules as follows:






District Board of Trustees: Conflict of Interest

The Rule will set forth specific conflict of interest provisions for the governing Board members of Miami Dade College.

Public Comment at Board Meetings

The adoption of the Rule will allow Miami Dade College to   comply with new legislation Section 286.0114, Florida Statutes regarding public comments at the beginning of each meeting.
