Miami Dade College’s Koubek Center Presents Ricardo Darin Film Retrospective

Miami, January 15, 2014 - MDCulture Art Cinema at Miami Dade College’s (MDC) Koubek Center presents a film retrospective series dedicated to Ricardo Darin, one of the most acclaimed actors in his native Argentina and around the world. The series kicks off on Friday, Jan. 17, with the comedy Chinese Take-Away (Un cuento chino)

The series will feature nine of Darin’s most significant films, including Academy Award-winning The Secret in Their Eyes (El secreto de sus ojos) and The Son of the Bride (El hijo de la novia) and The Dancer and the Thief (El baile de la victoria). Tickets will be available for sale online and at the theater box office. In addition, MDCulture Art Cinema will offer “film marathons” – see all the films programmed on the same day for the price of one ticket.
