Miami Dade College to Host Association of Florida Colleges Region V and Learning Resources Commission Spring Conference May 8 - 9


Miami, April 17, 2014 - The Miami Dade College (MDC) Chapter of the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC) will host the AFC’s Region V & Learning Resources Commission Spring Conference 2014, May 8-9 at the Wolfson Campus in downtown Miami. The theme for this year’s conference is A Healthy You is a Productive You & Learning Resources: 2020.

This annual conference brings together education professionals from Broward College, Indian State River College, Palm Beach State College, Florida Keys Community College, and MDC to network, engage in professional development activities and promote community engagement through AFC’s community service projects. Ensuring student success, professionalism in the workplace and overall personal wellness are among the host of topics that will be presented.
