Tuyo to Delight Dads with a Special Menu for Father’s Day June 15

Miami Dade College’s acclaimed (MDC) Tuyo restaurant is raising a glass to all the fathers with a specially crafted brunch menu for dads on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 15, from 11a.m. – 3 p.m., with scrumptious selections that will satisfy the senses.
Located on the top floor of the Miami Culinary Institute (MCI) at MDC, the roof-top restaurantoffers one of South Florida’s most elegant dining experiences, first-class service, and an unparalleled panoramic view of the downtown skyline and Biscayne Bay. The selections prepared by Executive Chef Victor Santos will include appetizers such as bacalao “fish sticks” with saffron aioli with a watercress and French breakfast radish salad. Other dishes include poached eggs royal consisting of two poached eggs with braised short rib, foie gras and black truffle hollandaise; and pan-roasted New York steak and grilled Gulf shrimp with uni-glazed wild mushrooms and horseradish-cabernet strat.
Tuyo was recently ranked by opentable.com users as #1 in Miami-Dade County for contemporary American cuisine, and among the top 10 restaurants in the categories of service, romance and scenic view.
