Welcome Back

Happy New Year to everyone and a warm welcome back to MDC.

We return to a special place, a privileged environment that reminds us of the need for renewal and fresh beginnings. With the return of our students tomorrow, we can rest assured that we will have living reminders each day.

2007 promises what each prior year has confirmed – a year of challenges and change, moments of triumph and, no doubt, of disappointment. But, as we stand at the edge of this new year, I am reminded that what we do is very important; that the challenges and triumphs, and even the disappointments, are worth it. What you do each day ensures that someone has that invaluable chance at renewal and growth. What we accomplish together can truly change the face of our entire community.
