College Provost - Dr. Rolando Montoya

Dr. Rolando MontoyaDr. Rolando Montoya is the College Provost. Previously, he served as President of MDC’s Wolfson Campus in downtown Miami. He has also served MDC in various roles since 1987, and as a Professor he was recognized with the Carlos Arboleya/NationsBank and the Sun Trust Bank endowed teaching chairs. Dr. Montoya is a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Financial Manager, and he holds a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University.

Miami Dade College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associate and baccalaureate degrees.
