Overview

Academic disciplines prepare and submit annual reports which describe their effectiveness in achieving intended learning and discipline outcomes and plans for improvement. Annual reports are submitted to the Academic deans, the coordinating Campus President and the Associate Provost for Institutional Effectiveness.
