College-level Effectiveness

Overview

Miami Dade College evaluates and monitors its effectiveness at the institution level regularly and systematically. The Strategic Plan Indicators Report includes various measures of effectiveness for each theme/value of the strategic plan to gauge progress toward goals as well as performance on key performance indicators. MDC’s performance is benchmarked against national or state peer colleges, against prior years, and/or against an established target. The report assists the college to identify strengths and develop plans to improve as needed. In addition, the Office of Institutional Research prepares and distributes topical research reports and information capsules to explore college performance in a wide range of areas.
