Strategic Plan 2015-2020

Using the Four Disciplines of Execution as a framework, the College seeks to:

  • Develop a new strategic plan that drives decision-making
  • Focus on fewer strategic goals that yield higher-impact results
  • Produce key performance indicators for continuous improvement and accountability
  • Improve alignment between the strategic plan and annual plans across all levels at the College

We invite the College community to participate actively in the development of the new strategic plan. For more information about opportunities to provide feedback, please contact Dr. Archie Cubarrubia at acubarru@mdc.edu.
