Strategic Plan 2015-2020

Using the Four Disciplines of Execution as a framework, the College seeks to:

  • Develop a new strategic plan that drives decision-making
  • Focus on fewer strategic goals that yield higher-impact results
  • Produce key performance indicators for continuous improvement and accountability
  • Improve alignment between the strategic plan and annual plans across all levels at the College
