2017 SAS Posse Scholars Recognized at School Board Meeting.

Miami, January 26, 2017 - MDCPS Superintendent Alberto Carvalho recognized 33 Posse Scholars at the January, 2017 School Board meeting.

Six of the 33 students came from School for Advanced Studies. Jeff Rodriguez of SAS Homestead received a full scholarship to Franklin and Marshall, Camille Molas also from SAS Homestead is a Posse for Pomona in California, Shantelle Willock, a senior at SAS Kendall, will be attending Syracuse, Skyler Odin and Ashley Jimenez from SAS Wolfson are Posse Scholars at Mt. Holyoke, and Carlos Vegas of SAS Kendall is headed to Davidson in North Carolina.
