SAS North Graduate Receives High Honors

Christian Cayon

Miami, September 9, 2014 - Christian Cayon, who graduated in the SAS Class of 2013, was recently named to the Dean's List at Johns Hopkins University. Christian was recognized for academic excellence based on his Spring 2014 semester at the university. To be selected for this honor, a student must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale in a program of at least 14 credits with at least 12 graded credits. Christian is the son of Carlos and Giuliana Cayon and is majoring in Global Environmental Change and Sustainability at Johns Hopkins.




Miami Dade College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associate and baccalaureate degrees.
