SAS Homestead junior Camille Molas and her Dancing Beyond Project

Camille Molas

Miami, April 28, 2016 - Camille Molas, a junior at SAS Homestead Campus, has initiated a project at the "Children's Rehab Network" in South Miami called "Dancing Beyond". Camille has been going to the facility every week since January and teaching dance to the children there.

MDCPS School Board Member Dr. Larry Feldman learned about the project being carried out by Camille when he visited SAS Homestead recently for the SAS honor roll celebration. He told Camille that day that he wanted to visit her dance class one day and he kept his commitment by visiting the "Dancing Beyond Project" on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 to witness the project up close and personal himself. Dr. Feldman is seen in the photo with Camille and some of the children in the program.

Camille Molas has a big heart and Dr. Feldman expressed pride in the initiative and passion Camille has demonstrated in creating this project. Everyone at SAS is also very proud of this extraordinary young woman.
