SAS Wolfson Twins to Visit Dartmouth


Miami, October 2, 2015 - SAS Wolfson seniors Allan and Danny Gelman have been selected to participate in the 2015 Dartmouth Bound: STEM Exploration Program. Allan and Danny are twins who will be graduating in the SAS Class of 2016. This all expense paid trip to the Dartmouth campus in New Hampshire will occur on October 17 - October 20 and is only awarded to fifty students in the United States each year.

Dartmouth is one of the eight Ivy League universities and the Gelman twins will have the opportunity to experience academic life at Dartmouth by learning-in-depth about Dartmouth's science, technology, engineering, and math programs. They will also be able to talk with current students and faculty at this top tier school as well as meet with admissions officers and financial aid staff.

Danny and Allan have also been accepted into the Haverford College's Multicultural Scholars Experience program.

They will both be flown up to Haverford on October 25 to spend a few days on the campus. Haverford College is a leading liberal arts undergraduate college located outside Philadelphia that is known for its academic rigor, honor code, and beautiful arboretum campus.
