Esteban De Las Traviesas

Making the decision to transfer to SAS was a tough call, but I am proud to say that my time here has been extremely rewarding! The students and faculty at SAS help foster an atmosphere that challenges you to better yourself both academically and personally. With the guidance of teachers who do everything they can to help you succeed, it is impossible not to have an enriching experience.

The resources that SAS provided me with have allowed me to meet and go beyond the goals I set for myself, transforming who I am as a person. By having the opportunity to take unique courses in a variety of subjects, I discovered a newfound passion for learning. The experience that SAS provides is one of unquestioned merit. I have gained a number of skills and insights that I can no longer see myself without. Perhaps above all, the tight-knit community that I've found myself immersed in has inspired my academic success. Whenever I had difficulty understanding a concept or making a decision regarding my future, I was surrounded by peers and faculty who were always rooting for me.

The students, educators, and faculty of SAS are like family. I look forward to the future with comfort in the fact that, if need be, I can turn to my fellow white tigers for direction. I am grateful to have spent my last two years of high school at SAS because they have granted me indispensable memories, wisdom, and a new outlook on life.
