Lady Shark chosen NJCAA Volleyball Player of the Week

Sophomore middle blocker, Marifranchi Rodriguez, was selected National Junior College Athletic Association Volleyball Player of the Week for her performance at the Missouri West Plains Invitation Tournament.

Rodriguez kicked this season off strong with 39 kills, 32 blocks, 24 digs, and eight aces during two games.
         
The Lady Sharks (2-0) defeated Indian River State College and Palm Beach State College. They  are currently ranked No. 2 in the nation.
