Michelle Green is the new Student Life director at Hialeah Campus since Nov. 10, replacing former director AJ Costa.
Part of Green’s responsibilities are to supervise the Student Life Office, manage the Student Life budget and to serve as the advisor of the Hialeah Campus Student Government Association.
Green also plans to introduce a Leadership Learning Institute to Hialeah Campus, which will facilitate co-curricular learning experiences for students.
Green was formerly the Coordinator of Student Life at Northern Virginia Community College’s Annandale Campus in Annandale, Virginia.
As the new student life campus director, Michelle Green encourages students to take advantage of the college experience.
“As a student, you will learn, grow and make mistakes along the way, but mistakes are expected in this process, and learning from your mistakes will shape the person you are.” Green said.
