Student Government Associations at all eight Miami Dade College campuses in collaboration with four other south Florida colleges will be raising funds for the HUGS initiative.
The program’s goal is to raise money for orphaned children during the holidays. The money will create care packages that include toys, school pride memorabilia, grooming items, shirts, holiday cards and letters.
Students can donate at their respective campuses SGA office with letters and donations in throughout the month of December.
