Licensure

Upon completion of any of the Associate degree nursing options, graduates are eligible to apply to write the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurse practice (NCLEX-RN). Final determination of the applicant’s ability to sit for the licensing examination and to become licensed to practice in Florida is made by the Board of Nursing. Miami Dade College cannot assure licensure.
