About
- Assist clients - Students, Faculty, Staff, and Administrators - to resolve network and connectivity problems.
- Acquisition, Installation, and maintenance of personal computers and peripherals
- Set up and maintenance of client accounts on the various servers on campus
- Installation and maintenance on servers and individual workstations of software for use by clients
- Installation of operating system software on servers
- Establish and maintain system to provide daily backup of user and system files
- Provide liaison with college-wide operations responsible for providing mainframe access to pc clients
- Maintain inventory of toner and ink cartridges for printers and fax machines
- Assist clients to maintain anti-virus software on computers
