| What is the Nursing Entrance Test (NET)? | |
| The NET provides a measurement of your scholastic abilities and compares them to mastery levels needed for success in college. The NET contains 7 sections administered in this order: 1) Comprehensive Math, 2) Reading Rate, 3) Reading Comprehension, 4) Social Decisions, 5) Stressful Situations, 6) Learning Styles and 7) Test taking Skills. The NET is computerized and total testing time is 2 hours and 31 minutes. | |
| What is the fee? | |
| There is a $22 fee for the exam. Please drop by the Testing Department in room 1303 to pick up a Test Fee Collection form for the NET. Students must submit this form along with payment to the Bursar's Office, which will provide a receipt. The receipt is then collected from the student by the Testing Department at moment of testing. | |
| When is the exam offered? | |
| The NET exam is offered on a walk-in basis during walk-in testing hours (no appointment is necessary during these hours). Please consult current calendar for walk-in testing hours and test availability or call (305)-237-4275 for updated information. | |
| When do I receive my results? | |
| Since the exam is computerized, candidates will receive a copy of their results immediately after the exam. | |
