The Advisement Services Department at the North Campus is home to all students for setting and achieving their educational and career goals. The department’s overall mission is to provide students with current and accurate information regarding institutional policies, procedures, resources and programs.

Our vital role is to:
  • Provide quality academic advising for all MDC programs and transfer students.
  • Help students navigate the MDC systems.
  • Identify resources for improving academic skills and obtaining information for programs and possible careers.
  • Guide students as they become good decision-making, independent individuals.
