I want to begin this Fall by restating our goals for this brand new Academic Year. I am very proud of
posting these goals because they were written by our own staff.
PRODUCTION AREA:
Creation and Launch of the @North events and information channel
Officially launch the NEW MEDIA SERVICES website
(a beta site is already available and I encourage all of you to visit it by clicking here)
Improve current venues that have older equipment
Bi-weekly and monthly team communication with repeat clients
CLASSROOM SUPPORT:
Maintain and surpass our 90% success record of support calls
Continue training in Extron technologies for current and future learning
environment and begin training in Crestron technologies that will be used in new facilities like the
Science Complex
Increase efficiency of service and cooperation between Media Services and CNS
It is great to see that we are all incredibly motivated for the new 2009 – 2010
Academic Year.

And talking about new things... We have a brand new Media Services website that we would like you to
check out. Try the online form process, which combines all of our work orders into one streamlined
work request.
