can in terms of what you would like from us. If you need posters, pictures or videos taken for this event,
remember to go to our “Media Services Request Forms” page and fill out the appropriate form. Also,
make sure that you have booked the room where the event will be taking place. Filling out this form does
not reserve the room automatically. If you need items like tables, chairs, podiums, etc, remember to let
Campus Services know. At the end of this form, we will also give you the link for the Campus Services
