Welcome to the Music Learning Center

The Music Learning Center (MLC) is the new Miami Dade College Preparatory School. We are very excited to be able to provide music education to all members of the community regardless of age, professional intention, or previous schooling, as well as to offer quality instruction to gifted children and teens to prepare them for entrance into institutions of higher learning in music.

The Mission of The Music Learning Center is two-fold:

To offer gifted children and teens the opportunity to realize their highest potential in music, as well as to prepare pre-collegiate students for entrance into institutions of higher learning in their chosen discipline.

To provide music education to all members of the community regardless of age, profession, or previous schooling, as well as to stimulate, encourage and nurture the study and appreciation of the arts in the South Florida community.
