Driving Forces	Implications for Miami Dade
The Education Review project is reviewing educational programs and student flow processes.	This may require major restructuring and reallocation of resources.
MDC students lack "student life" services (study rooms, student union, etc.) which might help increase retention.	This area should be investigated, weighed against other services for students, and priorities should be established.
Programs with few enrollees/graduates are under review.	This may lead to elimination or consolidation of some programs.
Funds have been set aside for new program development.	Need improved coordination of programs across campuses to optimize outcomes of this development.
The number and percent of full-time faculty , staff, and administrators has been reduced, while the number of students has increased at many locations.	The college needs to look at the effectiveness of services it is able to deliver.
