Classroom academic courses may be held by request for a minimum group of 8-10

students, at a location and schedule of your choice. The course can begin according to

the group’s schedule – there is no need to wait until a new semester begins.

Seminars may be held by request for your group at a location and schedule of your

choice. In-house seminars may be customized through consultation with the presenter

to meet specific needs of the organization. In-house seminars are not restricted to

topics listed on the CFT schedules. CFT can arrange for presenters to consult with the

bank and present customized seminars on any topic.

In-house seminars can be very cost-effective. If you have a group of 10 or more who

can take the program at the same time, an in-house program may cost less per person

than sending the same number to a scheduled program.

Combine CFT programs with your institution’s internal training program to create your

own institutional certification or diploma. Employees work toward these institutionaldesigned

programs to attain both recognition and recommended skills within their

organizations. Utilize CFT’s programs to add valuable topics to internal training and

give employees an incentive to learn more about the financial services industry.

South Florida Center for Financial Training provides computer software training

presented by a CFT computer instructor in the client’s computer lab or CFT can also

provide laptops . Participants work on the PC throughout the seminar. Completing

exercises that reinforce learning. Each participant receives a workbook that may be

used for reference after the seminar. CFT also offers individual training programs

taught at the employee’s desk.
