Miami Dade College and Tesla have partnered to offer a 12-week technical training program to provide students with the skills necessary for job placement as Service Technicians at Tesla Service Centers in Miami and across North America.

About Tesla START

Students will develop technical expertise and earn certifications through a blended approach of in-class theory, hands-on labs and self-paced learning. They will also receive a stipend for the number of hours dedicated to the program.

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are eligible for full-time employment with Tesla at one of their service locations across the country, including South Florida. Employees will earn a competitive regional salary with company equity and a generous benefits package. Tesla will work with students to place them in their preferred Service Center and assist with relocation.
