Please accept my warmest welcome to Miami Dade College. Functioning in a richly diverse South Florida community, Miami Dade sustains an accepting environment that has singularly impressive results. As a multicampus, state-supported college, with eight campuses and numerous outreach centers, Miami Dade is nationally recognized as one of the largest and best colleges in America. Governed by a seven-member District Board of Trustees and a College president, with an annual budget exceeding $643 million, Miami Dade serves more than 160,000 students each year in both credit and noncredit courses.
