Assistant Hotel Manager
The Assistant Hotel Manager position will support the General Manager with all aspects of the hotel operations for 4 boutique hotels on South Beach. The General Manager oversees all aspects of the hotel operations including: guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, team building, and staff development. The Assistant General Manager must also demonstrate strong communication skills both verbal and written (English & Spanish) and strong leadership abilities. Previous hotel work/internship experience is required. Evening and weekend hours will be necessary as well. Entry level position starting in the mid $20s.
Revenue Manager
The position is responsible managing the hotel's room inventory to maximize the top line revenues of 4 boutique hotels on South Beach. The position is will oversee the development and implementation of the hotel's yield strategies. The candidate will be responsible for revenue reporting activity; monitoring/managing ez-yield (RMS); maximizing the revenues by monitoring transient and group production, analyzing the impact of the revenue management strategies implemented by the hotel, setting up hotel special offers as required and working with Reservations Agents to ensure they are aware of the offers available, ensuring that the Hotels' position in the GDS and other distribution channels is properly maintained, review the revenue management practices of the Hotels' primary competitors; nurture and maintain positive relationships with OTA and Group Travel Relationship Managers; as well as other related duties. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills both verbal and written English. Verbal fluency in Spanish would be helpful. Previous work or internship experience in hotel operations is required as well as strong teamwork skills. Evening and weekend hours will be necessary as well. In house training will be provided. Entry level position starting in the mid $20s.
