Applying is easy and is available online. An MDC ID is required to use the facilities and to participate in wellness-related programs.

Exercise orientations are available. Just contact us to set one up.

Not a member of the MDC family? You can still use our fitness centers by signing up for an "Orientation to Fitness" course. Learn how.

How to Join

  • Students: Just use your MDC username (your MDC e-mail address, without the domain) and password to log in
  • Employees: Enter MDCC\ in front of your username and use your password to log in
